Form fields and other sensitive content are automatically excluded from what Clarity records. This data is only collected with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries: If you contact us but don't become a client, we delete your data within 12 months.
  • Client data: We retain project-related data for 6 years after the project ends, as required for tax and legal purposes.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are retained for 30 days; labelled sessions and heatmap data are retained for up to 9 months.
