Websites we've built and redesigned for charities
Real projects for real organisations. Every one of these was a redesign of an existing site. Each one designed, written, and built by Haris directly.
Berkshire Women's Aid
BWA supports anyone experiencing domestic abuse across Berkshire, from emergency refuge accommodation to outreach services and children's programmes. Their existing site was not fit for purpose for people in crisis. We redesigned it to function as a true lifeline: easy to find, easy to navigate, and with clear paths to help within seconds.
- Project type Website redesign
- Sector Domestic abuse support & refuge
- Location Berkshire
- Features Helpline integration, donate button, service directory, partnership logos, quick exit button
Support for All CIC
S4A has 25+ years of experience supporting Birmingham's most vulnerable communities. Their previous site was outdated and did not convey the scale of their work with housing support, community projects, and government partnerships. We redesigned it to match the credibility of the organisation it represents.
- Project type Website redesign
- Sector Housing support & community projects
- Location Birmingham, West Midlands
- Features Service pages, referral forms, impact statistics, partner showcase, accessibility statement
Project Salama
Project Salama supports BAME women and families experiencing domestic abuse and gender-based violence. Their existing website no longer reflected the depth and quality of their work. We redesigned it from the ground up: compassionate, accessible, and built to make women feel safe reaching out while communicating the full range of services and emergency support available.
- Project type Website redesign
- Sector BAME women & domestic abuse support
- Features Service pages, emergency help section, training & group programmes, legal & advocacy, Stories of Hope, partner & funder logos
"Emergency help is visible without scrolling, the quick-exit button protects vulnerable visitors, and the work we do is finally front and centre. We have a site we're genuinely proud of."
