Foundation package, from £2,995

A proper website for your small charity.

Not a template. Not a website builder. A website that tells your story, earns funder trust, and helps the people you serve find you. Built by someone who works with charities every day.

No commitment. No sales pressure. Just a conversation about what your charity needs.

Content support included
WCAG-accessible build
Payments spread across the project

Small charities get a bad deal from the web industry.

Too small for a proper agency. Too serious for a website builder. Too busy to manage it yourself. There is a better way.

Big agencies price you out

Most web agencies start at £8,000 or more. They're built for businesses with large marketing budgets. Small charities either can't afford them or get deprioritised once a bigger client comes along.

Website builders leave you with something generic

Wix and Squarespace are fine for a local business selling products. They were not designed for charities that need to build funder trust, guide vulnerable people to support, and meet accessibility standards.

Doing it yourself takes time you don't have

Most small charity teams are already stretched. A website project on top of everything else often stalls for months or gets abandoned halfway through. The right support makes it happen, quickly and without drama.

Everything a small charity needs. Nothing it doesn't.

The Foundation package was designed specifically for small charities, CICs, and community organisations that need a professional website without the overhead of a full agency project.

It covers the essentials: the pages your funders will check, the content your service users need, and the technical quality that means the site stays working after launch. Payments are spread across the project so you are not paying for everything upfront.

If your charity grows and needs more, the Complete package adds strategy, a larger site, and more ongoing support. But for most small charities, the Foundation package is exactly what they need to start.

Built for small charities across the UK.

If your organisation does good work and needs a website that reflects that, Goodside is built for you.

Support services and crisis lines

Mental health, domestic abuse, addiction, housing, and emergency support organisations. Websites that help vulnerable people find help quickly, with clear signposting and accessible design.

Community groups and CICs

Neighbourhood-level organisations running food banks, community gardens, youth clubs, or local services. Websites that build local credibility and attract volunteers and donors.

Disability and health charities

Organisations supporting people with specific health conditions, disabilities, or caring responsibilities. WCAG accessibility is non-negotiable, and the content must be plain and clear.

Children and young people services

After-school programmes, youth mentoring, holiday clubs, and family support services. Websites that speak to parents and safeguarding professionals as well as the young people themselves.

Arts, heritage, and culture

Small theatres, galleries, heritage sites, and cultural organisations. Websites that communicate the value of your work to funders like Arts Council England, local councils, and trusts.

Faith and community organisations

Churches, mosques, temples, and other faith-based groups running charitable programmes. Websites that separate the community services from the congregation so funders can assess each clearly.

Two or three calls. We handle the rest.

The project is structured so your team's involvement is focused. No lengthy briefing documents. No chasing for content. We ask the questions, you answer them, and we build from there.

Week 1

Discovery call

A 20-minute call to understand your charity, your audiences, and what the website needs to do. We cover content, structure, and any specific requirements like grant pages or safeguarding information.

Weeks 2-4

Design and content draft

We design the site and draft the copy. You see a working prototype before anything is built in WordPress. We show you what we are thinking and give you the chance to shape it.

Weeks 5-8

Build and review

We build the site in WordPress. Two rounds of revisions are included. You review the pages, tell us what needs changing, and we refine until it's right. No rushing, no scope arguments.

Launch

Go live and handover

We launch the site, run a training session with your team, and stay available for three months. You leave knowing how to update your own content. We leave knowing the site works.

Common questions from small charities.

The Foundation package starts at £2,995. This covers content review and preparation, design, WordPress build, accessibility checks, donation page setup, training, and three months of post-launch support. Payments are spread across the project. There are no hidden costs and no hourly billing.
No. Many of our clients are small charities, CICs, and community organisations with small teams and modest budgets. The Foundation package was designed for exactly this situation. Size is not a barrier to having a website that does its job properly.
Yes. If your current site is outdated, hard to update, or no longer tells your story well, a redesign is often the right call. We use what you already have as the starting point: your content, your existing pages, your impact data. We keep what works and rebuild the rest properly. The process and price are the same as a new build.
A homepage that clearly explains who you help and how. An about page that builds trust with funders. A services or support page answering "can you help me?" A contact page and a donation or Give page. The Foundation package covers all of this, built on WordPress so your team can update it after launch.
Yes. Every package includes a content review at the start of the project. Most established charities have existing content — an old site, annual reports, or leaflets. We take what you have, reshape it for the web, and fill any gaps. You do not need to prepare a content brief before we begin.
This is the norm for our clients. Most small charities are run by people doing multiple jobs. The project is structured around two or three focused calls with one person at your end. We handle the rest. Your time commitment is minimal and focused.
Every Foundation package includes three months of post-launch support and a handover training session so your team can make basic updates themselves. After that, most clients stay on a Care Plan from £99 per month for ongoing updates, security monitoring, and backups. There is no obligation to continue, but it is there if you want it.

Your charity does brilliant work. Your website should prove it.

A 20-minute call is all it takes to find out whether we are the right fit for your project. No commitment, no pressure, no sales deck.
